Vista Land plans more upscale projects

LISTED property developer Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc. plans to launch more projects under its upscale brand Brittany in a bid to compete with larger and more experienced names in the high-end space like Ayala Land Premier and Rockwell Land Corp.
Company founder and Sen. Manuel Villar Jr. said Vista Land has long been associated with its affordable brand Camella Homes, which will remain its primary earnings driver, but the company is seeing new opportunities opening up in the high-end market.
“Brittany has been here for while but this time we are serious in the upscale sector. This is because we are already okay in mass housing,” Villar told reporters at the sidelines of the launch of Brittany projects The Hudson at the Fort and Alpine Village at Crosswinds....
