DMCMakati—(PHStocks)—DMCI Holdings Inc. (PSE: DMC) subsidiary D.M. Consunji Inc. has been awarded by Ortigas Company and Limited Partnership (OCLP) the contract for the Structural and Basic Architectural Works for the luxury residential condominium, Viridian in Greenhills, located at Greenhills Shopping Center, San Juan City.
The scope includes sub- and super-structure, basic architectural and other related works for the 57-storey residential high rise with roof deck, retail and amenity floors and five-level basement parking area.

MANILA, Philippines—DMCI Holdings has been included on the MSCI Global Standard Indices, an influential equity benchmark for large- and medium-capitalization equities closely tracked by global fund managers.
Two other Philippine companies—Philex Petroleum Corp. and Puregold Price Club—were also added to the MSCI Small Cap Index.
These additions were made based on the May 2012 semi-annual index review of the MSCI equity Indices and will be implemented at the closing of May 31, MSCI Inc. announced in Geneva Tuesday night.
The MSCI indices were created to assist fund managers research the risk return profile of equity markets over time and make asset allocation decisions and carry out back-testing of various investment strategies and product ideas using the industry standard benchmark. They are also used as benchmark in creating index-linked products.
