Mangio graces ULI confab

MEXICO, Pampanga -- Renowned urban planner, sustainable construction advocate and top architect Nestor Mangio recently graced and spoke before members of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) on its 75th anniversary held at the Los Angeles Convention Center in the US.

Mangio, chairman and chief executive officer of Central Country Estate, Inc., delivered the presentation “Vision to Reality,” or how The Lakeshore came into fruition.

“After 10 years, the Lakeshore has become literally green becoming one of the first sustainable communities in the country and a paragon of environmental protection. This show the visions of urban planners and architects who are gifted with ‘seeing the future’ and how visions can be transformed into reality,”
