Watch out Tagumeños and to those residents of Davao del Norte, Comval, Panabo City & the nearby areas..The next big thing to happen in Tagum City is the opening of Upcoming GAISANO MALL of TAGUM, Probably one of the biggest mall in Tagum City, and it is set to open this year (2011). It is a two building connected by a human overpass. check out some of the photos above (most updated) & below (taken last January of this year).

The pictures below are some of the footage of the NCCC Mall expansion project in TAGUM CITY..there are a lot of establishment like building, bank & etc. rising in this part of Davao region..and it shows that this is really a progressive City.

NCCC MALL & GRAND GAISANO (pictures below) are the existingbig malls that operate now in Tagum City. But the City have a lot of Wholesale or Warehouse type of stores located in the City proper or in the old business center in Tagum. They have also a lot of Agriculture Supply Store because as u know it this City is the business center of Agriculture in Northern part of Davao region.

Have u notice there are so many sidecar "motor powered vehicle" (color green) waiting outside the mall..it is because,that is their basic transportation around the city. and the minimum fare is 9 pesos per head..but it will go up depending on the distance of your desired place/destination. Other transpo available are single motorcycle also known as "habal-habal" (As usual way, U can make "tawaran or hangyo" with regards to the fare.) , jeep andmulti cab (fixed rate).
