PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation (PHINMA Properties) is a wholly owned subsidiary of leading PHILIPPINE conglomerate, PHINMA Inc. Between 1987 and 1990, PHINMA Properties was engaged in the development of upscale townhouse projects such as the Manila Polo Club Townhouse, Mariposa Square and Mariposa Villa Townhouses setting the trend for large, high quality developments in Metro Manila.


PHINMA Properties established in 1990’s two low-cost housing projects: Villa Milagrosa in San Pedro, Laguna and Villa Elisa in Imus, Cavite. This total over 500 affordable, high-quality housing units just south of Metropolitan Manila.


Now bannered by the slogan, City Living Made Easy, PHINMA Properties is the leader in affordable Medium and Hi-Rise Housing (MHRB) in the Philippines. Not counting its other single detached and townhouses projects, PHINMA Properties has a track record of having built close to 6,000 medium rise condo units in Metro Manila.
