Megaworld: Developer eyes profit hike
Megaworld Corp. unit Suntrust Home Developers, Inc. said it expects to earn another P3 million in profits each quarter with the acquisition of First Oceanic Property Management, Inc. last September. Consequently, Suntrust Home’s average quarterly net income will quadruple from P1.19 million seen in 2010.
