IF having built 10 initial projects in its first year of operations sounds impressive for a newcomer in the real estate industry, then launching 43 projects in just four years is no ordinary accomplishment.

Lucio Tan-led Eton Properties Philippines, Inc. (EPPI) is one of the fastest growing property firms in the country today.

"We are proud of what the company has achieved in the past few years since we started – launching a total of 43 distinctive projects in the Philippines encompassing residential, township, commercial and office developments in various growth areas in the country," said Danilo Ignacio, president and chief operating officer of EPPI.

According to EPPI, 2007 was the perfect year for Eton to break into the real estate arena as it was a time when the sector industry posted the highest growth among major industries.

Remittances from overseas Filipinos also registered an all-time high that year, EPPI reported. Overseas Filipinos comprise the biggest bulk of buyers of housing units.

Demand for office space for the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry also started picking up that year, according to EPPI.

EPPI has not only been offering quality and extraordinary projects in the Philippines but it is also being honored for its contributions in the industry despite its seemingly young experience.

EPPI has recently been recognized by Hong Kong-based BCI Asia Inc. as one of the top 10 developers in the Philippines for its projects that have "created an impact on the built environment in Southeast Asia."

EPPI, together with Eton Properties-China and Eton Properties Ltd.-Hong Kong, are members of the Eton Properties Group.

"We are happy that as a four-year-old company, we are one of the 10 selected top developers in the country. This feat reaffirms our commitment to deliver world-class products to our customers, our credo this past four years," Ignacio said.

Eton Properties was one the youngest companies among the 10 developers which have received the recognition.

EPPI is responsible for prestigious developments such as the Eton Hotel, Eton Tower, Banoo Vill, Queen’s Garden, Radio City and Dragon Center, among others.

EPPI’s initial high-rise projects such as The Eton Residences Greenbelt, Eton Parkview Greenbelt, One Archers Place West Tower, Belton Place, Eton Emerald Lofts, West Wing Residences and the first 5 clusters of The Manors of North Belton Communities, 68 Roces, South Lake Village at Eton City and Riverbend are nearing completion.

Eton specializes in the development of premium and mid-income residential and commercial buildings. These include IT- and BPO-ready office buildings, creation of mixed-use master-planned township projects incorporating residential, office, commercial, leisure and institutional components, as well as development and management of hotels and shopping centers.

MANILA, Philippines - Wake up with a smile on your face as you gaze through your bedroom window. There, you’ll see a picturesque panorama of everything calm and beautiful. Savor the sweet smell of flowers as they begin to bloom or say “hi” to a group of friends passing by. Then, as you look beyond, the cheerful rays of the sun glisten and all you will see are fabulous vistas all around.

This is your everyday wake up scene at Riverbend, the second residential community to rise out of Eton City . Eton City is Eton Properties Philippines, Inc.’s township project in Sta. Rosa, Laguna whose very first residential project, South Lake Village , takes inspiration from The Palm Island of Dubai and other famous lakeside communities overseas. Once completed, this very ambitious development will house unique residential enclaves catering to various markets, a world class business district and vibrant commercial and leisure destinations.

Riverbend is another exclusive village at Eton City where you can enjoy a leisurely walk around the village’s generously manicured lawns and open spaces. Here, mornings are made for you to enjoy every sunrise as you jog a few laps, while your afternoons will be perceived as just as exciting as you enjoy a casual lunch or get-together at the nearby clubhouse.

As the evening stretches ahead of you, you can also enjoy some “ME time” strolling around the linear park. This will be your home, your lifestyle at Riverbend. For more information, check out www.etoncity.com.ph or inquire at telephone numbers (02)542-2858 to 59 and (02) 856-7143.

Thanks to its unique design features where cable, water, telephone and other important facilities are put underground, future residents will now have unimpeded and cable-free vistas of the wonderful sky view above them. The more adventurous could also opt to fly a kite, or enjoy the night by simply gazing at the stars and looking out for constellations.

Riverbend also offers you a truly exceptional residential village within the almost 1,000 hectare Eton City, minus the steep price. While enjoying its strategic location along the South Luzon Expressway, Riverbend residents also get to enjoy the same perks of living within a world-class city, giving them exclusive access to major shopping malls as well as restaurants and entertainment arcades within the vicinity.

Resort-style amenities such as landscaped linear parks that join the four corners of your neighborhood, and service-oriented commercial strips are all master-planned within the development to complement the easy and carefree lifestyle at Riverbend. And for those with businesses to take care of, the project is also just minutes away from the central business districts of Alabang, Makati and The Fort.
